Freight-Dash was designed with a deep understanding of the needs and challenges faced by freight. We began by immersing ourselves in the world of freight management, conducting in-depth user research to gain firsthand insights into the daily workflows and pain points of freight managers and employees. This research formed the foundation of our design process, guiding every decision from feature prioritisation to interface design.

Understanding the User: Conduct detailed interviews with freight managers and employees, observing their workflows and identifying key challenges. This allows to map out the user journey and understand their nuanced needs.
Mapping the Workflow: Create wireframes to outline the dashboard's structure, ensuring a logical and intuitive flow for managing orders, carriers, invoices, and tasks. This helped us to simplify complex processes and optimise the user experience.
Bringing the Vision to Life: Interactive high-fidelity prototypes allow to visualise the user experience and gather feedback from potential users. This iterative process ensures that the final design is both user-friendly and efficient.
Refining Through Feedback: Conduct extensive usability testing with real users, incorporating their feedback to refine the design and ensure it meets their needs.
